Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Annabelle Anders I wanted to come up with a really catchy 1st chapter without having to worry about how the rest of the book would turn out -- kind of as a writing exercise... no pressure. Anyway, I tried to think about the most unusual situation I could for a regency romance heroine... and I came up with Cecily and her dilemma. I liked the idea so much that I just kept going... The ideas kept flowing and the book kind of wrote itself :)
