Annabelle Anders Not at this time. But I might in the future :)
Annabelle Anders I"m so glad you enjoyed Lady Saves the Duke. Abigail is one of my all time favorites. That being said, I love Penelope's spunk! Her story has is written, in edits, and I'm hoping to release it by late April/Early May. It's titled Lady at Last. Abigail and Alex make an appearance in this one, as well as Lily and the Duke of Cortland :)
Annabelle Anders It's definitely something I would consider. I know that at some point I will likely write a relationship between a lady and her maid/companion. Surely, it was more common than anyone would imagine and the notion, set in the regency, certainly allows for a tremendous amount of emotion and conflict. I haven't read any of the MM books that are out now but have heard that some of them are done with tremendous success. I'm going to have to make a point to add some of those to my TBR list. Thank you so much for your question!
Annabelle Anders I've written several chapters of a new book. Computer dies.

THANK GOD this is fiction! :)
Annabelle Anders As a lover of historical romance, I must say the Regency Era. I would like to live in one of Mary Balogh's books. I would have to be spunky and beautiful, of course, so that I could attract my hero, and then live happily ever after... Except that Mary always qualifies this. Me and my prince would face our lives together, with courage and of course, assured success...

Isn't this why we read romance after all?
Annabelle Anders I WANT to read, really, I do. But with all the editing and writing deadlines looming, I would be overwhelmed with guilt. That being said... Maggie Fenton's Alabaster Hip is tempting me...
Annabelle Anders I write anyway. If it's not very good, I fix it. :)
Annabelle Anders Creating something special.
Annabelle Anders Write.
Then rewrite and edit.
A Lot.
Annabelle Anders Well, a few projects... I have already written a book to follow Hell Hath No Fury, and the current title is Hell in a Handbasket. It needs some cleaning up before I send it over to Blue Tulip. I'm also cleaning up a 4 book series that I'm working on with Wild Rose Press. This series is called Lord Love a Lady. All the books are finished but just need to go through the endless cycle of edits. Hopefully these will start releasing at the end of the year. Nobody's Lady, A Lady's Prerogative, Lady Lost, and At Last, A Lady... :)
Annabelle Anders Mary Balogh inspired me by providing me with so many hours of enjoyment. I had to try to create some worlds of my own...
Annabelle Anders I wanted to come up with a really catchy 1st chapter without having to worry about how the rest of the book would turn out -- kind of as a writing exercise... no pressure. Anyway, I tried to think about the most unusual situation I could for a regency romance heroine... and I came up with Cecily and her dilemma. I liked the idea so much that I just kept going... The ideas kept flowing and the book kind of wrote itself :)
