Randy Alcorn:
Randy, I'm in the early stages of DEADLINE, and my paperback copy offers some rather tight lines - which slows down these mid-60's eyes! I know that I've read other books you've written - and liked them, as I grabbed this title, quickly, in a local 2nd hand store. Do you believe that we, Church USA, have tools, manpower, premises to alleviate much of homelessness of refugees, both here and in the world?

Hi Tom, my name is Shauna and I help Randy answer his Goodreads page. Here is an article by Randy about the poor you might find helpful to answer your question: http://www.epm.org/resources/2016/Oct.... Here is another one on refugees: http://www.epm.org/blog/2015/Dec/2/re...
I hope these are helpful!

Dear Mr. Alcorn, thank you for writing Heaven. "... And the sea was also gone" (Rev 21:1 NLT), and God called the dry land Earth, and the waters that were gathered together he called Seas. (Gen 1:10 ESV) We know that God created the Seas which is good. That the sea was gone 21:1 can be understood to be referring to the first sea that is part of the first earth, and not on the new earth. What do you think?

Randy Alcorn:
Honestly, I've yet to read a book with as many social interactions as DOMINION. How much research time did this book require, before you actually began putting words on a page? And, did you, yourself, have somewhat of an epiphany on many of its issues at or before the time of this book? Though you've placed this in your 'Ollie Chandler' series, DOMINION appears to be spirited by Obadiah's family heritage.

Randy Alcorn:
I'm halfway through DOMINION, after reading and enjoying DEADLINE, quite a bit. However, I have to ask why have you made the reader wade through all the descriptive details - when such didn't seem to handcuff your previous effort? I cannot imagine the research that you had to wrap into this book, but the 'insider' racial knowledge appears to both vast and accurate (at least, from my perspective). God Bless, Tom
