What inspired the harsh back-stories for our main characters? Whose your favorite? What helped you to make the feeling of the characters so realistic?

Erin Watt The story was like our twist on Cinderella - so in a way you could use the evil step-sisters as inspiration. The biggest difference: most of our characters weren't evil, just wary. They feel like they're being judged, scrutinized, and in a place like Astor Park the weakest get destroyed. As for them feeling realistic.. you have to see them as real people. How would they act, what would they say.. we're happy to hear we did a good job :)
