I got it straight away but I knew Freyre wouldn't get it till the last second possible. I think Amarantha almost showed her the answer in the trials. She showed her how awful and painful love can be as Freyre was facing those trials due to her love for Tamlin.

Honestly, I was able to figure it out after the first stanza, but I'm a romanticist. Furthermore, I think love was something that Feyre had been missing for most of her life, whether it was romantic or otherwise so it was more difficult for her to figure out the riddle.
