Brian McClellan War Cry takes place in a completely new world. It should be out in August of this year. If memory serves, it'll be my first non-Powder Mage thing ever published.

Is there any chance of all of the short stories/novellas being published in a compilation? Having a hard time getting my hands on them.

Hi Brian - first to gush, I have utterly loved The Powder Mage, having recently read Autumn Republic and going back through the shorts stories it is ages since I found myself so engrossed in so many characters and their world. Question, did any of your characters (I suppose Tamas particularly) draw any inspiration from real historical figures? He always felt to have elements of a Napoleon or Julius Caesar to him.
