Cassandra Fear
This one is easy. I would write Pride and Prejudice. That is the book I've read and reread more than any other. I love every part of it, so much that I've bought all the movies and shows that have come out. It's actually a bit of an obsession, but it is one of the first books I read in English class that I fell in love with.
