I've read the first 4 books in the Time quintet, but only the 1st book in the O'Keefe family series. It seems that this is the last book for both. Do I need to read books 2 and 3 of the O'Keefe family series (or should I?) ? Or can I jump right in to this one? Will it spoil anything?

There is nothing in House Like a Lotus worth reading. However, if you are dead set on reading House Like a Lotus at some point, then yes, reading An Acceptable Time first will spoil it for you. Now, in this particular case, when I say "spoil," I don't mean "reveal one or two major plot points thereby diminishing your experience of the book as a whole," but rather that you will simply not be capable of caring enough about the characters or plot to force yourself to finish. But seriously, don't make yourself read House Like a Lotus just to get to this one. It's not worth your time.(less)
