Goodreads asked Helen Brown:

What books are on your summer reading list this year?

Helen Brown "Max Perkins Editor of Genius" by A. Scott Berg. This book is an insight into the creation of iconic American writers such as F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway. It's proof that in some cases, a writer is only as good as his editor.
"Here is New York" by E.B. White. I've been rereading this classic as part of my research for my next book "Bono, The Cat who was Special" (due for release April 2018). New York has been written about countless times, but nobody has done it better than E.B.White.
"The Collected Stories of Katherine Mansfield" For the sheer poetry of her writing. It's like revisiting an old, much smarter friend.
