Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Steve Magness Peak Performance developed out of the notion that, being really good at something is incredibly difficult. And most of us who get there only stay on top for a short bit, and often suffer from burn out and end up hating what we once loved. Peak Performance was the quest to find out if we could achieve that level of success, but do so in a healthy, sustainable way.
