What are you currently working on?

Ryan Jo Summers Two things. One is a trilogy of three spirited sisters who find love in a small coastal town. This was born out of my mental happy place so the setting is like an old friend. I recently decided to invite the characters to come and spend some time there. So far, two of the three books are rough drafted. I am taking my time so I can linger with my new friends at my happy place.
The other is more of a challenge. It will be a love story, with many layers. It is almost like writing it backwards. I know what I want to accomplish, but getting there is like walking--or writing--in reverse. Ultimately it will be a literary love story and I still don't know for sure what twists and blends are up ahead. This is one story that has challenged me from the first inspired thought. I love it.
