I’ve learned to write my own story. I get a lot of advice and listen, but I always write the story as I see it and the characters as I see them. About life? My advice is: Be kind. You know, the “Do unto others as you’d have others do unto you.” Be responsible, have fun, and don’t sweat the small stuff. Enjoy each and every day. Each morning you awake a new adventure awaits!

Hi, Lisa. I have enjoyed your books for years. I am working on my debut novel a historical mystery. I am confused on this outline vs. "pantser". I'm not sure whether to just start writing or try to outline. Do you favor one over another? Also, where do you possibly find the time to be so prolific? Do you write for a certain amount of time or a specific number of words per day? Thanks so much!

I bought the "Expecting To Die" and "Willing To Die" so which one should I read next? Also, will you be coming out with another after the last one? I'm hooked on them!!
