Thank you. I understand. I was thinking of the Greatcoats purpose of dispensing justice to those who otherwise would get none and how many stories they could tell? Yes, Michael is very protective of his Riyria characters, Hadrian and Royce and has said that he will write new stories of their exploits as long as readers ask for more or until it feels that Riyria have said all they can say.

I definitely think it's time to see the Greatcoats dealing with trials (and the tribulations that come with them), and I'm certainly looking ahead to the day when we might see the original trio take centre stage again, but for now, I think the next chapter of Tristia's struggles is best seen through the eyes of a new trio – one that doesn't have all the advantages that Falcio, Kest, and Brasti have built up over the years. That said, until I'm sitting down and writing each scene and chapter, I never know what's going to feel the most truthful, which, of course, has to be the writer's compass in any work of fiction.

This is more of a begging post than a question.... Please, will you write a book about Ugh? Yes, I read all the way to the back ;) I love Ugh as did my BR group for books 1-3 for Greatcoats. I think a book about his life would be most excellent and all Ugh's fans would read it. You can't bring a character like Ugh into a book and drop a tidbit about him and not expect your GC followers not to want more !
