P.C. Cast I got my first and ONLY agent, Meredith Bernstein, shortly after my first book was published. It received excellent reviews and won several national awards, which got Meredith's attention. I also had the second book completed and the first 50 pages of the third book finished. I was 41. Age is just a number. The fabulous Billie Letts, also from OK, was first published at 57.
