I once read someone say there is no such thing as writer's block. I had to think about that for a while. Yet, the more I thought about it, the more I thought that statement may actually be true. While one could call it writer's block, I think it is more just putting what one wants to say in its proper perspective. I know that when I write, there are times I have to just walk away for some time and get the story and possibilities sorted in my mind before I head back to my writing. So, to others it may seem like I am blocked, but in actuality I'm just sorting things out in my mind. And my mind can sometimes be quite the labyrinth!
