What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

Lisa Sachs My mystery is the mystery of many whose grandparents or great-grandparents have come from other countries and have never spoken of it once they arrived in America. My great-grandparents came from Hungary in the late 1870's. When we were preparing for a trip to Eastern Europe, I began to search for my roots and wasn't able to find what I searched for. Who did they leave behind? Why did they leave their home? Are any of the descendants of those who stayed still alive? I hope to resume researching this mystery in the near future. I may even write a book about it.
