No! V and ghost never belonged together so who cares if he cheats.
During the last signing Ward herself said she saw V with Butch and that they were meant to be together. Only because of her publisher it didn't happen. She doesn't even like V with ghost.
So since that "relationship" is faked and forced on V, it's be great if he finally kicked ghost to the curb.
