What mystery in your own life could be a plot for a book?

K.R. Conway When I was growing up, I spent summers on a horse farm owned by my BFF's grandparents. Weird stuff would happen in the main house - scary stuff. And we suspected the house was haunted. Her grandmother finally confirmed one day that the house was haunted by a woman who was murdered by her husband in the main parlor- he then hung himself on the banister. That one room NO ONE - not even the animals - would stay in. It felt as though someone was watching you all the time. I'd use that as a mystery that needs to be solved.
