How does the use of multiple narrators contribute to the stylistic choices of your latest novel?

Paula Hawkins This is a complex story, a novel of many mysteries, set in a place where (almost) everyone is keeping a secret. In order to tell this story, I had to rely on multiple points to view, some first and some third person; I even introduced a book-within-a-book. Shifts in perception, sometimes by the same character, sometimes of the same event, are key to the narrative.
