After 4...Bf5 5. Ng3 Bg6, I have lately been using the line 6. Nh3 as white. Black players are usually less prepared for it although I have not used it against any masters on ICC. I assume you are a Caro player. Do you see that much and do you have a pat system for it?

I'm afraid I play 4... Nd7, so I don't need to worry about this line. The treatment in Houska's book on the Caro-Kann, which I just finished, seems very responsible.
