I don't mean to avoid the question, but something I really like about writing a book is that the characters can look like whoever the reader wants them to. I made the conscious decision to only describe physical appearances when they were specifically necessary for the story. Because I didn't want to limit the reader's imagination. I'm working on the movie version right now, and when we cast it of course the faces of the actors will become the faces of the characters. And that's totally a worthwhile trade off. But until that happens, I'm going to annoyingly not answer—sorry!
