That's a tough question. I'm going to guess you'd prefer to see one that isn't in ruins? I love Inveraray, the Campbell castle that's still inhabited by the laird. For a glimpse of the lavish furnishings of Mary Queen of Scots, Holyroodhouse is wonderful. And I personally love the setting and reenactors at Stirling Castle. But there are still castles I haven't seen!
