Hey Christine, I wanted to ask what's the best advice you could give a writer attempting to write a combat scene in a story? I've read many of your books and you never fail to impress with an awesome battle scene!

I'm a 3rd degree black belt and have taught martial arts, so that helps tremendously.
But, even so, those combat scenes can get very involved. Sometimes I'll have my son, Brian, come over and we actually go through the moves to ensure it's all correct and flows well.

This is not a question? Just a Comment. You state various times that the number of books released each year is per contract. Why can't your contract read that whenever you have a book ready they will to publish it? When they limit book releases, even though you have been able to complete a book, is losing them money. Your fans will buy the books as soon as they are released.
