When did you start getting interested in Kit Marlowe? What inspired you to write about him as a character in your stories?

Elizabeth Bear I really started learning about him when I started researching THE STRATFORD MAN, and he's such a fascinating person with such a unique creativity, I couldn't resist writing about him!
