I've had you on my to-read list forever - where would you recommend I start?

Elizabeth Bear Oh man. Depends on what you like! If it's science fiction, there's a book coming out next year that I think is one of my better ones. It's called ANCESTRAL NIGHT and it will be out in the spring. For something already in print, there's CARNIVAL. Steampunk/adventure, go with KAREN MEMORY. And my most recent book is THE STONE IN THE SKULL, which is the first book in a new epic fantasy trilogy (three books only, I promise) that ties into my Eternal Sky world.
