Katherine Arden Well, once I finish my trilogy, I hope to leave medieval Russia for other projects. I don't have much appetite for prequels/sequels/spinoffs. But WITHIN the Bear and the Nightingale trilogy, Vasya's family history is quite important, so I you might get some of the answers you are looking for if you read the next couple of books :)
