I think I have the opposite problem. I hate when doctors use technical jargon, but I think the term for my condition is writer's diarrhea; I have so many ideas and suggestions for my readers about their sleep, I can't stop writing. Fortunately I do not have writer's cramps that can sometimes be associated with this condition.

Not so much a question as a comment...then my question... I'm on Ch 5, and excited for the rest of the book. My sleep quality has tanked over the last year. So much so, that I 'even' gave up alcohol for 30 days a couple months ago. Helped, but not a magic bullet. (Whew!) Also, thank you for not sucking as a narrator :) Many authors can't get away with that! Did you enjoy the process of narrating your book?
