Do I need to read "Still Missing" before this? My library was doing a blind date with a book kind of thing and this is the one I got, and since I don't really have time to read both books before I have to return the first one I would like to start this one.

Only thing in common they have is the therapist (we find out what her name is in this one). And I agree with Miranda, Still Missing is a bit better.

The two books are not connected in any way, so you don't have to read one to understand the other. Still Missing was a better read in my opinion though, so if you had to choose one I would recommend Still Missing over Never Knowing.
