Krisko Isackson I read The Moral Animal years back. Extremely unscientific, full of assumptions backed by no science or statistical data. Things like "less attractive women are more promiscuous" with no data to back it up.

message 2: by Charles (new)

Charles "The God Particle" is a wonderful book and I highly recommend it -- but I've already read it twice, so voted for "A Universe from Nothing". :-)

message 3: by Supreeth (new)

Supreeth Fermat's Enigma is a really good. If the book seems too long, we can always watch the documentary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7FnXgp...

Daniela I very much like A universe from nothing (I just looove Lawrence Krauss),and it seems it's highly appreciated, sadly I already read it so The God Particle is my choice

message 5: by Rohan (new)

Rohan I started Fermat's Enigma... the book isn't very long and infact, the narrative is very engaging and at the same time not too technical.

Even I read Universe from Nothing sometime back and it is one of those books that will stay with you long after you finish it. In fact, for me personally,
Black Swan: Economics :: Universe from Nothing : Physics

Hope I got that right.
