So, y'all are voting for a book that's not even out yet? I have no idea if my library is going to get it....

Our rules only state that a book must be available in print format. Since Translation State is coming out in print, Kindle, ebook, and audiobook in June 2023, it is eligible to be nominated for the August 2023 Book of the Month. Of course, group members who are concerned about the availability of the book from their library may choose to not vote for that book.
