I wanted to add A Wolf for a Spell by Karah Sutton but from what I can tell she lives in New Zealand. I'm not sure if she is eligible even if she is from Kentucky. Does anyone know?

message 2: by Shella (new)

Shella I just read Fighting Words, Wink, and Maybelle Lane- all great- can't decide.

Eligibility requirements say US citizenship, which I believe she is. I wanted to vote for this too.

ETA: Looks like it doesn't come out until Dec though.

Yes! Please write your book title in the write-in, or "Your choice," under all the choices the poll offers.

Yup!

Tamsyn I also loved Everything Sad is Untrue, but I haven't had any students read it yet and wonder what they will think. Possibly better for Printz readers?

I really enjoyed this, but I don’t see my sixth graders reading this at all. It is a beautiful story, but they couldn’t keep up.
