Note that at least three of these books are first in a series, and several are long. I'm not trying to discourage you, but you might want to think about which ones would lead to the most interesting discussions.

Woo Hoo, Hull Three Zero is winning, well ok I'm the only one to have voted, but I'm begging up my choice :)
I voted for The Gone World because I like a bit of detecting in any genre though I'm probably going to read all these books whatever wins as I have read so little contemporary science fiction and all these sound pretty good.
We Are Legion is the first book in a trilogy, but it stands alone well by itself, so there's no need to read the other two. I have & I liked them. IOW, all 3 books are written, so there's no worry about waiting if you do decide to read further.
Bobi-verse is really good but I've read it, so I voted for Hull Zero Three even despite Greg Bear was hit or miss author for me
And we have a sufficiently clear winner. I was rooting for We Are Legion too, so add another vote for that from me!Those of you who are disappointed, remember to renominate your favorites in just 1/2 year!
