I'm already reading it. Even if it doesn't win, it will be fun to revisit. And the PBS series was awesome the way they combined the two.

I thought I noticed that it got a bunch of votes super fast! Good to know I'm not seeing things.

please excuse my ignorance, but what is "ITV"..??..

It's a UK tv network -- we get a lot of those shows on Masterpiece or PBS in general here.

I usually am on PBS quite a lot, but, I don't think I've stumbled on Midwinter of the Spirit, but maybe I've missed, after all, it's not like I'm on 24/7... hehe...
It may be on Acorn now, too, but I'm not sure. If you get a chance to watch it, it's really well done.

That's where I watched it. I'm not sure if it is there all the time, though.
Now that the poll is closed, I'm just going to say that it's a shame that Wine of Angels didn't get more votes -- it's such a good book!

I'm disappointed too. If you nominate it again I'd vote for it again

Well, maybe it will come up again. I've read it now, so I tend to nominate books I either haven't read or books I haven't read in eons. But thanks!
