I wanted to read SAO, it is my next-to-read light novel besides Gosick)

Why so many repeats from last poll? Aren't we cycling in the rest of the list?

We've been doing a "first in first out" cycle with the light novels. The poll has the 7 oldest suggestions and the one voted for the most is replaced with the next on the list. So this time, "Time of Eve" (the one selected last time) was replaced with "Kingdom Hearts"

Sorry for the confusion.

I assumed it was "first in first out" for the whole poll, not just the winner. This way the poll is clogged with books no one has ever voted for and others that have had numerous chances at being group reads with tons of new ones waiting that we've never gotten a chance to vote for.

I'd personally recommend starting new polls from where the last left off in the future, not just adding one new book among the losers.

A lot of the books we've read haven't won in other polls. "Time Of Eve" lost three polls I think by only a few votes before it was chosen.

... that's kind of my point. Even though I love Time of Eve and am happy we're reading it, it shouldn't have gotten the chance again before the new books. Something has to win and with essentially the same books being voted on over and over most of them are eventually going to become reads before a good portion of the rest of the list ever gets a chance.

Just my take though. Sorry I never noticed / commented on it before. It just occurred to me to compare polls this time because there have been things added to the list I was wondering why I've never seen in the polls.

I have to vote Kagerou Daze, since I just ordered it from Barnes and Nobles. :) Though all of them look good. I already read Sword Art Online but wouldn't mind to reread it. :3

I vote for The Devil Is a Part Timer.

You should be able to change your vote on the poll's page. On the poll's page you'll also be able to get more information on all of the options.

My library just got Sword Art in (I believe their first light novel set). I hope I can find the Accel World stuff in the system too.
