I assumed the one that most resembled REH was best... But having read them ... Perhaps quality trends with something different. Anything to spur discussion.

I voted for Brak (over Thongor and Kothar); I would argue that Imaro is the best written ...but is not a "clone" of conan (even though he continues/expands the Sword & Sorcery genre).I just started Elak--I like him better than the above mentioned "clones." Although not as unique as Imaro, Elak still feels like his own character rather than a clone.
