Not at all these dots do not connect. Say what you want about Louise I'm glad she is speaking out. Whether most of it is self indulgent it is still good to have a community advocate.

They are much younger than Masey. They’ve never attended the same schools as Masey. There is no link between these boys and Masey. Not one. When would they have encountered her? Where would the crime have taken place? These charges are an insult to our intelligence, and we demand that police go back to the drawing board, or wherever they need to go, to find out who did this. There’s nothing anybody could tell me to make me believe that these children are the perpetrators. I noted this very thing. The policy just want to close this and move on even if they do not have the right person and ruin innocent traumatized children themselves. Speak on it Louise!

“No, Jordan, you’re the one who needs to understand! Stay in your lane. You’re doing too much. You could end up doing more harm than good. You are a reporter, okay? You are not an investigator. I get it. You went to school and you studied forensics, and now you think you get to play both roles. That’s not how it works. Get your pen and your pad and write a story instead of trying to make the story about you.”

But I could feel his rage. He closed his hands around my neck and pressed down. I would’ve fought him if I could, but I was overpowered, gasping for air. For the first time in my life, I thought This is it. This is how I die. And the world went dark.

Who is Jordan's attacker? It is not Gil. Why would a radio DJ attack her? It is definitely someone following the case as most murderers do. It also seems too convenient to be Manny. Although that would be a qualified guess. I doubt it was Terrance either because he seems like a low rate con man. So it does not seem too likely it was either Terrance or Manny because it foes not seem they have the investigation skills to find out where Jordan lives and thus be clever enough to break into her secured building undetected. although there was somebody earlier Jordan thought was following her days/weeks ago. Perhaps this person has been watching her for a while? Then she did mention how people "sneak" in by pushing their way into the garage behind someone using their key Fob. For some reason I think it is law enforcement. I don't think it's Fawcett he seems too old to make this attack and Jordan would have probably recognized the voice. It could be someone hired but their words before and during the attack seems too personal.

This is reminiscent of the 90s case of Shavon Dean who was shot and killed by a stray bullet in Roseland. Yummy (11 year old Robert Sandifer) was blamed for thebkilling and executed by 2 young boys in retaliation for Dean's death. Yummy denied he Killed her but the streets chose street justice. Even though it was unfounded and it was a drive by shooting so it could have been anyone's bullets. Just a tragic story. One of the killers known as the Hardaway brothers name was Derrick. Also it is a reminder of the Kalef Crowder (New York) case where he was wrongly arrested for stealing a backpack and it was not any evidence he did it and it was proven that he was no where near the scene. He was only a teen when locked up with adults that frequently beat and assaulted him. He end up committing suicide after he was released. Just tragic.

I had Manny wrong. Although I didn't think he attacked Jordan and now I know why Yvonne was being so weird. she held too many secrets that were detrimental for Masey's case and for the other young ladies. I get why Pam is shutting down and accepts (for lack of a better word) the arrest for her daughter' s murder. It is probably easier for her mentally to blame these innocent children than to accept her daughter had another life she did not know about. It is probably guilt, pain, embarrassment, and thinking she was a bad parent. It is none of those things. Unfortunately Masey was preyed upon. The only person to blame for Masey's murder is the evil predator. I know she is grieving but what is being done to those boys is criminal and now more children is being victimized and tortured. May innocent people are becoming victims of this crime and being held reposnsible except for the true monster. Even if Pam feels that it's too late for Masey and could not care about other kids. The fact that she still has a son that may fall victim is still a possibility to not just give up for true justice for Masey.

So he doesn't know that much about her either bringing her least favorite flowers. Then again to his point that is because Jordan doesn't let him. But to Jordan's defense she made it clear it was casual. Casual is the epitome of non personal. Just thought I would reiterate my earlier notes lol.
