It will give you guaranteed time with me regularly, no matter what. PMO3s will significantly reduce the bane of every project since the beginning of time: lack of communication.

Don't be afraid of saying, “I don't know. We'll figure it out as we go. There's no way we can eliminate every hiccup with more planning. We'll get better at it as time goes by. We'll learn.”
