Who do you spend the most time with?
How are those people influencing you? How are they affecting your thinking, actions, and standards?
High Performers cultivate, deepen, and GENERATE new relationships with GROWTH friends. There are three types of friends: "GROWTH" friends (are very different from "OLD" friends (people you've known for a long time) or "MAINTENANCE" friends who are the people you talk with a few times a year or send Christmas cards to so you don't feel guilty.
Who will add value to your life? Write down your top four growth friends. Start spending more time with them!
Write down the people who currently drag you down. Limit your time with them!

Remember, ALWAYS ASK WHO. The key is not only what, but also who. Setting specific goals is only half the battle. When most people set goals, they fail to identify who can help them with those goals. Identifying who can help you achieve those goals is the key to attaining them.
2. Expand Your Currency and Add Value When you reach out to successful people, you need to come from a place of service.
When you do things for others before yourself and you are always looking to add value to others lives, you will naturally stand out. Most people try to turn everyone they meet into a client or prospect before ever adding value or getting to know them. That business is dead and the businesses with that attitude will fail.
A good networker does research on companies; a great networker does research on people.
3. Accelerate Every Interaction When you actually start connecting in person with successful people, it’s important you stay very open and observant to the present moment.
The most successful people live in the NOW and are focused on squeezing every last ounce out of every moment, every day, and every experience.

You will immediately know if you should be spending your time on something if you ask yourself whether it gives you energy or takes energy away. Spend more time on what gives you energy, and guard against, eliminate, or delegate your time for those things that deplete your energy.
The answer lies in the renewal of these three sources of energy: Physical Emotional Mental

There are three parts to physical energy: Nutrition Exercise Sleep
Try not to consume anything processed because processed foods decrease energy. Consume organic, fresh foods. Make sure 60-70% of your food is water-rich. Lettuce, non-starchy vegetables, fruits, and baked fish, are some examples of foods that are watery. Drink lots of water each day. Add lemon juice (lemon juice is acidic outside the body but is somehow alkaline inside the body). Drink water 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each meal. fear is physical and it will lessen the more you strengthen your body.
Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to identify, use, understand, and manage emotions in positive ways to relieve stress, communicate effectively, empathize with others, overcome challenges, and defuse conflict.
Write down the top five positive emotions you use the most, emotions that help you take action, deal with challenges, experience more out of life, and make you feel good in general.
Now, write down the top five negative emotions you use the most, emotions that cause you to feel frustrated, repel people away from you and prevent you from taking action.
The quality of our lives is determined by the emotions we consistently display and from which we operate.
