Being busy is a form of laziness -lazy thinking and indiscriminate action. Being overwhelmed is often as unproductive as doing nothing and is far more unpleasant. Being selective and taking more intelligent action is the path to being highly productive. Focus on the important few and ignore or delegate the rest.
What activities can you either delegate or stop doing right now?
This is called the List to Freedom and can save you years of headache and frustration: Don’t like doing -Figure out the things you don’t like doing and either delegate, delete, or pay somebody else to do them. Can’t do -Find other people who are the best at what you can’t do. Everybody has specific strengths. Shouldn’t be doing -If your time is worth $50 an hour, you shouldn’t be doing anything less than that.
the key to not feeling rushed is remembering that lack of time is actually lack of priorities.

Motivation doesn’t create action. Actually, it's the other way around. Action is what produces the motivation to continue taking action.
Habits define you, and if you don’t make a definite decision to break habits and replace them with more intelligent ones, it’s nearly impossible to change.
Mindset Rituals: Talk to a mentor/somebody playing the game at a higher level than me twice a week. Don’t listen to or watch the news — ever. Read 20 pages per day. Make sure it’s something that is congruent with my monthly and yearly goals. Mon-Thurs listen to personal growth/business audios in car. Pause and reflect weekly.

Eat foods to elevate energy and health rather than for taste and pleasure. Workout 6 days per week. (Short, powerful workouts.) Drink a lot of water throughout the day. 60% -70%...

What are my 'Non -Negotiables?' Always have 100% clarity on what I’m doing and why Add consistent value to the marketplace. Working out at least five times per week. Reaching out weekly to those playing the game at a higher level than I am. Never have a job and always do what I choose. No restrictions and 100% autonomy. Be present, and treat every person I meet like the most important person in the world. Stay grateful and focused on my most important priorities.
