The Mane Squeeze (Pride, #4)
by
"Shelly Laurenston is one of my favorite authors, and this book is probably one of my favorites. She is queen of the shifter genre and does a great job bringing to life a universe of characters that embody the attributes of the animals they shift into. In this book, Gwen is strong, witty and smart feline heroine and Lachlan makes for a sexy, funny, grizzly hero. "

About a Dragon (Dragon Kin, #2)
by
"Book 2 of the Dragon Kin series, introduces readers to more members of the dragon shifter family from Dragon Actually. I like the couple in Dragon Actually, but the couple here have a fun love/hate dynamic that plays out in hilarious ways."

Dragon Actually (Dragon Kin, #1)
by
"Sharp banter, bada** heroines, and love stories that develop over time and circumstance are the specialty of this author. In Book 1 of the Dragon Kin series she takes us into the fantasy world of dragon shifters. Laurenston does a good job of creating a n imaginary world that feels real and is easy to envision."

Hunting Season (The Gathering, #1)
by
"Hands down favorite book by Shelly Laurenston/GA Aiken. Laurenston creates a really detailed world full of interesting clan and norse mythology. There's a flurry of characters that are introduced and it can be hard to keep up with all of them at first but by the end I feel in love with all the supporting characters. Bummed this ended up being the only book in the series. The love/intimate scenes between the two leads were steamy and well done, chemistry is off the charts."

The Beast in Him (Pride, #2)
by
"Part of Laurenston's modern day shifter universe, this time featuring a wolf hero and wild dog heroine. Again I really appreciate the detail/research that goes into crafting humans who have specific animal like characteristics. Jess (the heroine) is like your neurotic best friend and Smitty is one of the hottest heroes Laurenston has written."

Go Fetch! (Magnus Pack, #2)
by
"More from Laurenston's series- the great part about these books is that you can read them out of order and still follow (though it does help with character development if you read them in order). I didn't always love the heroine, she was kind of a selfish sociopath, and the hero came off as dense at times. But somehow this works, a testament to Laurenston's writing and ability to create a holistic story with enough plot twists to keep your attention but not so many that it becomes ridiculous."

Shadow of Moonlight (Moonlight, #2)
by
"On of my top 2 favorite paranormal romance novels- I keep returning to this Moonlight series by Liz Andrews and Lena Matthews because it's just so well done. A near perfect mix of character development, steamy/sexy times, and werewolf shifter mythology. Remington is a great heroine and Jace is a hot alpha male that's not intimidated by an alpha female. Disappointed they never finished this series but maybe someday."

Myth of Moonlight (Moonlight, #1)
by
"1st book in the Moonlight series by Lena Matthews and Liz Andrews. This is a werewolf shifter series that introduces an interesting universe of characters and the two leads have good chemistry. Nico is an alpha male through and through but Kimberly is no shrinking violet. I like the second book better but this is a fun read."
