Pet peeve. People aren't following the actual topic. There's another list for all eating disorder books, like memoirs that shouldn't be included here..

Keeping the Moon is about a girl losing a lot of weight, yes, but she doesn't have an eating disorder. Should not be on the list.
Some of these books I haven't read but know from looking at them (description and stuff) they shouldn't be on here...

Ummm, this is a list for fictional books, right?! But "Wasted" by Marya Hornbacher is a non-fiction book. A good one, but it doesn't really belong here.

I took 'wasted' off the list, since it is a memoir, and not fiction.

I've taken out 'unbearable lightness' as well, since it isn't a novel.
Isn't ED related so I'll just mention in the comments, but it's about a girl who goes on a strict diet and loses a lot of weight. Fat Cat

Why is The Fault in Our Stars on this list? As far as I remember there was no one suffering from an eating disorder. Am I forgetting something?
I just deleted The Fault in Our Stars for being Miscategorized.
"Black Box" is not about eating disorders. It is about depression and suicide, but not EDs.
