Both couples combine passion with impressive intellectual ability and compatibility.
--Lord Peter Wimsey and Harriet Vane, from Dorothy Sayers' Lord Peter Wimsey mysteries. I particularly like how their relationship has matured in the authorized post-Sayers novel The Attenbury Emeralds.
