Joel E. Crosby is the author of Escaping the Potter's House: An Anthology of Memoirs by Former Members. He was born into The Door — one of the churches affiliated with the Potter's House — and attended until halfway through June 2019. Before he left, he met his wife, Nellen, there in 2017. He lives in Zwolle, The Netherlands, where he is working on his first fiction novel. Joel especially enjoys collecting coins and banknotes and has an extensive collection. ...more
