Rođen sam u Vrbasu, jer Kula 1986. godine nije imala porodilište, a, po svemu sudeći, neće ga skoro ni imati.Kao dete prosvetnog radnika vrlo rano sam bio uveden u svet knjiga, ali sam ga na neko vreme ipak bio napustio. Našao sam se u ludim godinama i još luđem vremenu čiji me je tok povukao na svoje dno. Ne bih sada detaljno o tome. Prihvatite samo da sam bio lud, nešto manje nego sada. Ipak, pored sve te ludosti, nekako sam uspeo da završim srednju elektrotehničku školu „Mihajlo Pupin“ u Kuli, a nešto kasnije, upisao sam i završio Pedagoški fakultet u Somboru.

Sombor je za mene bio isto što hipi pokret za zapadnu civilizaciju. Sombor je za mene bio isto što hipi pokret za zapadnu civilizaciju. Doživeo sam potpuni preobražaj, setio se nekih vrednosti kojima sam bio naučen u najranijem detinjstvu i vratio se knjigama. Od onda živimo u simbiozi. Štaviše, uložio sam skromni doprinos popunjavanju srpske biblioteke; napisao sam KRVAVO ZELENO, roman koji je u avgustu 2015. godine objavljen u izdavačkoj kući Nova POETIKA - Argus Books&Magazines. Pre toga, Somborski list Avangrad, objavio je moju kratku priču – KNJIGA BEZ KORICA.

To bi, ukratko, bila moja skromna biografija. Međutim, ostaje ljubav za knjigama i želja da ih ljudima predstavim onako kako ih sam doživljavam; onako strastveno i fanatično. Stoga, odlučio sam pišem blog o knjigama, o onima koji su ih stvarali, ali i o onima koji su ih samo voleli isto ili više nego što ih ja volim.

I was born in Vrbas, because in 1986 Kula didn’t have a maternity ward, and, in all likelihood, there will not be one anytime soon.

As a child of a teacher, I was introduced to the world of books pretty early on. However, I abandoned that world during a period in my life – I was caught in insane years and even more insane times which took me down its madness, hitting its rock bottom. I prefer not getting into the details. Just accept the fact that I was mad, a little less than at this very moment. Despite all of that madness, I somehow managed to graduate from a high school called “Mihajlo Pupin” in Kula, and sometime after that, I enrolled and graduated from a program at the Faculty of Education in Sombor.

Sombor, for me, was what the hippie movement was for the Western civilization. I experienced a complete transformation, remembering some of the values that I was taught at a very early age and so I returned to the world of books. Since then, we live in symbiosis. Moreover, I made a modest contribution to the Serbian libraries; I wrote “Krvavo zeleno” (Bloody Green), a novel which was released in August 2015, by the publishing house Nova Poetika – Argus Books & Magazines. Before that, the Sombor cultural paper Avangrad published my short story “Knjiga bez korica” (A book without binding).
