This is an excellent read. It's not so much a guide showing exactly how Scrum works as it is a look at stories which outline the benefits and strengths of Scrum. It is especially focused on how Scrum can aid teams in all sorts of disciplines (not just software development teams). At no point did I find it dry or boring, and it gave a lot of good examples that are instructive and fascinating.
