I loved this book to pieces, I could end it here, and be done with. But let's see a few details.

I feel like I am going to get bashed for not giving this book a top rating that everyone on IG has raves about. There were a lot of aspect of the book that I enjoyed l: both characters had issues (mental and physical), the diversity of a mix race couple and a larger female character and the fun email banter between the characters.

I completely loved this book! Of all the romance books I have devoured this year, this has some of the BEST perfectly imperfect characters. Chloe Brown has fibromyalgia and the way she is portrayed is SO SPOT ON ACCURATE. Several people near and dear to me have fibro. and it felt like they were on the page. This book started with a bang, fizzled out in the middle, and then came back with a vengeance in the end. This enemies to lovers book was adorable, the steam at the end of the book was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥, the main characters dry sense of humor was 👌🏼, and the vulnerability of both the main characters was written about so perfectly.
I love that this book talked about being chronically ill. This is something that is not widely discussed or ...more

WHY HAS THIS BOOK SAT ON MY SHELF SINCE 2019, UNREAD?! **picks myself up off floor**
I have no idea why I kept picking up this book and putting it right back down, but talk about biggest regret of my life because this story has me DEAD. I am still trying to pick my body up off the floor.

I loved both of these characters and their backstories. I struggled though connecting to their relationship. I blame this on pandemic Angie probably!
Audiobook. Such a fun and funny listen. I also love that the main character had a disability that didn’t define her or limit her. Red is maybe my dream guy.
I’m such a mood reader, I picked this up at least two other times before this. I loved it this time around! The audiobook narration was everything! This hero 😍 swoon. The communication, these two figuring their stuff out. The steaminess and the sweetness is such a perfect combination.
4.5 stars 😍
