What Members Thought
This is one of my favorite romances this year. I love Talia Hibbert and this is my favorite of all I’ve read so far. I love both main characters - especially Rae’s thought process and I kept wanting to quote parts to my friends. If you love fun, steamy romances with some great funny moments - pick this up now!!

- demisexual hero, trying to get a hold of his being a people-pleaser
- 40MC heroine who expressly doesn't want kids, having to deal with a toxic mother
For some reasons though it felt a bit lukewarm, and I wasn't much into the "I understand things the MC doesn't" bc they were kinda too neat?

3.5 stars. This book was good, but I just didn’t connect as much with the characters as I did with those in the rest of the series.
