3/4 knihy jde skoro o čistou romanci, ale ten konec? Naopak neobvykle krvežíznivý. Celý začátek nám byly slibovány kruté a zlé víly a dost mě překvapilo, když byl tenhle slib dodržen. Vždyť jde o tak krásná stvoření, no ne? :)
Tahle kniha je hodně čtivá, ale sám příběh mě bohužel nudil - lehce nedomyšlené/bez jiskry. Postavy jsou hodně stereotypní, nepřináší moc nic nového - ale to k tomuhle typu knížek už nějak patří - stejně jako fakt, že si mnohem víc oblíbíte vedlejší postavy <3

Furt jsem neodhalila, co by se mi na tom vlastně mělo líbit :D
Byla to nečekaně krásná fantasy pohádka s výborně vystavěným světem a skvěle vytvořeným příběhem. Jsem okouzlená a ke konci jsem i přestávala dýchat, takže za mě jedno obrovské ANO, tohle se opravdu povedlo a vrhám se hned na druhý díl. Tohle bude ještě určitě zajímavé.

It was interesting to reread the first book of this series since I didn't really go back to the first one very much. I still think it was a very good introduction to the ACOTAR series. I still think that the inspiration with Beauty and the Beast is very cool. But as I also know what will happen in the following books which definitely influenced me when I was reading the book now.

Reread 2021:
Pořád mě místy Feyre štvala svojí nerozhodností, ale je to prostě skvěle napsané! Boží to je dost a jsem ráda, že si dávám reread než vyjde čtvrtý díl.

Jakoze prvni pulka uplne wow, ta druha uz tak slavna nebyla. Konec jsem cekala trochu jiny, lepsi? Epictejsi? A co ten Rhys?
(A evidetne mam opet rada vsechny ostatni hrdiny nez tu hlavni. Klasika u SJM).

The whole book felt “meh”. BUT I know that this will get better and all things that I don’t like have reason to be that way so I’m giving the series a chance and I will continue reading it…
