I'm not sure why I thought I might have time to finish this before it was due back at the library. I only managed to get 1/3 of the way through it before the 7 days were up. While I was reading it, I wanted to keep reading it, but now that it's back at the library I find I don't know if I'm even interested in trying to get it back. The story was okay and the characters okay, but my overall feeling is "eh".

Time to reread inn preparation for the third book on the 16th of July. Forgot how much I enjoyed her writing style. Ready for the final book
Who doesn't enjoy imagining the fantastical awesomeness that could possibly exist in the everyday? This book was great in imagining the realm of magical creatures in our every day. I could do without the romance part of things, but I can also see how it is part of the overall story line and helps to propel the plot along. Fun read overall.

The first few chapters were the most challenging to read, but once I got through them, I found it difficult to put the book down. I anxiously await the release of the next book in this trilogy.
Great fictional book on discrimination showing that all people have talents and skills they possess that someone else may not. working together, we succeed.
