I am very happy to say that I really enjoyed this book even though it wasn’t what I expected.

The storyline was fantastic, the world the author has created sucked me in straight away and all the characters had me intrigued from the very first time we meet them.

Whilst on the subject, a very minor problem I had was that I wish we had gotten to know the characters in a little more depth, maybe more detail about their pasts. But knowing that this whole series focuses on Raphael and Elena makes me ...more

This book gives you a ride to a world were angels aren't very good and can create vampires. They are arrogant and volatile. The archangels are the rulers of the world and one of these beings went rogue and started a killing spree. Here Elena came into the picture, a vampire hunter contracted by Archangel Raphael to track said rogue archangel.
Elena and Raphael start this wonderful and chaotic relationship that made me remember Mackayla and Jericho Barons from the Fever Series of Karen Marie Monin ...more
